
The business park, which currently houses more than 700 people in over 108 companies, will be improved and expanded to provide the following:
- Up to 2,000 jobs in the commercial area
- A wider variety of jobs across a diverse range of skilled and semi-skilled occupations
- Easy and direct access from the commercial district to the A281 via a new link road
- New, high quality workspace for businesses relocating from the ageing Hewitts Industrial Park in Cranleigh
- The phased introduction of new, high quality, energy efficient commercial buildings supplied with on-site green energy (leading to a more reliable energy provision and hopefully smaller bills)
- Close proximity to market affordable housing, both for sale and for rent which will be offered to employees at Dunsfold Park as a first priority
- Separation from the residential district by an extensive landscaped park following the existing line of the runway allowing setting and security to go hand in hand
- Links to the heart of the new settlement and its facilities, via the Market Square
