Our application is the culmination of 6 years extensive research, investigation and consultation to create an exemplar model for sustainable and green development in the UK.

Our master planning submission is a major milestone for Dunsfold Park and we have been encouraged throughout the process leading up to this by the level of support we have received from the local community, businesses and environmental groups. Doing nothing at Dunsfold Park is not an option.

The settlement of 2,600 houses has been designed to compliment not compete with the existing infrastructure and we are confident that we have put together a master plan which will not only create a new village community, but actively sustain, support and improve the surrounding villages.
