The re-development of Dunsfold Aerodrome will take some 15-20 years and will be constructed in phases according to market demands.
The masterplan does not yet have planning permission. The timescales for the below will be determined by this process and updated as appropriate.

On 4th November 2008 Dunsfold Park Ltd appealed against Waverley Borough Council's decision to turn down the masterplan application. The appeal will be heard in March/April 2009 with a decision on the appeal expected autumn/winter 2009.
